Bringing 30 years of experience to Blach, David oversees the company’s in-house preconstruction services team, which includes estimating, mechanical/electrical/plumbing, constructability reviews and Virtual Design & Construction.
Laura oversees the accounting group and is responsible for Blach's accounting, finance and risk management functions. Her accomplishments include enhancing the internal budgeting process and controls and significantly upgrading Blach's financial forecasting.
Chad oversees all construction operations in the Bay Area and is responsible for all-field staffing and field operations, prefabrication, warehouse, fleet and equipment management.
Kim Scott has been a part of the Blach team since 2004 when she graduated from the University of California at Berkeley with a B.S. in Civil Engineering. Initially, she joined the company as a project engineer and was quickly promoted to project manager.
