Bringing 30 years of experience to Blach, David oversees the company’s in-house preconstruction services team, which includes estimating, mechanical/electrical/plumbing, constructability reviews and Virtual Design & Construction.
Laura oversees the accounting group and is responsible for Blach's accounting, finance and risk management functions. Her accomplishments include enhancing the internal budgeting process and controls and significantly upgrading Blach's financial forecasting.
Chad oversees all construction operations in the Bay Area and is responsible for all-field staffing and field operations, prefabrication, warehouse, fleet and equipment management.
