The program recognizes contractors and associated companies for their commitment to safe work practices through management commitment and employee involvement.
Committed to leading the way in our industry, we believe that a healthy and safe work environment must be incorporated into the fabric of our daily operations. Blach’s safety department oversees all aspects of our detailed safety program. Working cross-functionally, our safety managers assess concerns and possible solutions during all phases of construction and hold ongoing site-specific safety education workshops for each worker deployed on our job sites. As a company, we leverage innovative technology and building techniques designed to promote safety and employ prefabrication where and when appropriate to minimize disruption and maximize safety on job sites. Because we continually strive to stay at the forefront of resources and procedures, we recently completed an overhaul of our Injury Illness Prevention Program (IIPP).
