In the two months since the senseless death of George Floyd and the rallying cries for racial justice resounded throughout the United States, we at Blach Construction have closely examined both our business practices and our company culture. We have identified some areas that require more attention and, as a result, we pledge to do better.
Blach Leadership has been collaborating closely with our Black colleagues to determine specifically what we can do within our firm to be more inclusionary and better support diversity and equity overall. As we lay the foundation for our long-term social justice strategy, our number one priority is to keep this conversation – and our actions to support it – top-of-mind and evolving throughout Blach, amongst our colleagues and business partners.

There is no room for bigotry or discrimination at Blach. We remain steadfast in our commitment to making unbiased choices and being antiracist in all aspects of our company and our work. We will continue to do everything we can to build a stronger Blach Construction.
