Women Impacting Construction

In recognition of Women in Construction Week 2023, we salute the many women at Blach who continue to impact our success on so many different fronts. These talented and dedicated females hold a variety of roles, from leadership and senior management positions to individual contributors, within every department of our firm. Overall, the Women of Blach comprise 25% of our entire employee base – almost two-and-a-half times the national average. This is an important figure, because while the national average of women in construction has been hovering at 10.9%* for the last few years, Blach has been growing and the number of women we’ve continued to hire has kept pace.

We are honored to count all of these bright contributors as colleagues and excited to share some of their stories. We hope you are as inspired by what they have to say about their careers in construction as much as we are.
