Santa Clara, Calif. – (October 11, 2013) – Blach Construction Company, a commercial building contractor and construction manager serving northern California and the Central Coast, recently completed a tenant improvement project for a Bay Area law firm, which has requested its name be withheld.
Blach’s relationship with this client first began in early 2012, when the Blach team assisted with the logistical planning and eventual execution of relocating the entire law office to a new building to accommodate the firm’s growing needs. This move took occurred during a continuous 52-hour time period.
Following the successful relocation project, Blach continued to work with the client and design partner, Gensler, to complete several tenant improvement projects spanning the 84,000 s.f. building. This work included new offices, state-of-the art conference rooms, a complete renovation of the grand lobby and a new 3,500 s.f. staff lunch room.
In addition, Blach also updated the entire space with new carpet, paint, wall coverings and lighting. These improvements have helped to infuse the firm’s brand into its new office space.
