Heising-Simons Foundation Selects Blach for Office Renovation

Santa Clara, Calif. — (October 14, 2014)- The Heising-Simons Foundation recently selected Blach Construction Company to build its new 10,000 square-foot headquarters in Los Altos.

The tenant improvement project, located in a new building being constructed at 400 Main Street, will include offices, conference rooms and common areas, as well as upgrades to existing building mechanical systems. Blach Construction is collaborating with long-time design partner Hawley Peterson Snyder Architects (www.hpsarch.com) for the project, which is scheduled to begin construction November 2014 and is expected to complete March 2015.
