Office Renovation

Blach expanded its headquarters, completing renovating an existing building to accommodate offices and conference rooms, a Building Information Modeling (BIM) lab, prefabrication facility and entertainment space. Multiple sustainable features, including dual-glazed, Low-e window wall system, LED lighting and a solar thermal heating system were used.
