Market Rate Apartments

The 464,000 sq.ft. Station 16 Residential Apartment Building located at the Gateway at Millbrae Transit Oriented Developed will provide much-needed housing to the Millbrae community in the form of 320 apartment homes, 20 leased below-market rates. The building comprises of studio, one-bedroom, two-bedroom, and three-bedroom options and parking for each apartment. Long and short-term bicycle parking is also provided for residents. The ground level of the building will house retail and restaurant spaces and is set to revitalize the immediate area surrounding the Millbrae BART station. Residents of the Station 16 apartments will have access to multiple transportation options including BART, SAMTRANS and Caltrain.
