Event Space Renovation

Blach was selected to modernize the 30-acre Nestldown Ranch, delivering water, fire and electrical service upgrades, constructing a 55,000-gallon fire water tank and lift station, a 1,000 sq.ft. restroom facility and a 600 sq.ft. catering building.
