Prefabricated metal maintenance, operations & transportation building to support the sprawling campus features a transportation shop, warehouse, shop space, offices, electrical room, breakroom, restrooms, adjacent parking lot and associated site work, all surrounded by perimeter fencing and security gates. Future storage facility planned.
